I’m Jenn Cerna, the founder behind Favola Frameworks.
I began my career as a creative—helping brands shape their stories through strategy and design—before discovering that my true passion was building the systems that help creativity flourish. I pivoted into project management because I saw how often talented entrepreneurs lost sight of the ease and joy they started their business to find due to backend overwhelm.
